E-Minded Solutions is an independent energy-efficiency advisory for Florida homeowners. We educate, diagnose and connect you with the market. When it makes sense.
Why we are advisors and not an installer
In recent years, thousands of Florida homeowners got burned by the solar industry: undersized systems, companies that disappeared, "zero bill" promises that never arrived. Many of them spoke Spanish and signed contracts nobody explained.
An installer has a clear incentive: sell its system. A single-brand salesperson, too. We chose the other side of the table: we have access to installers and lenders across the market, and that leaves us free to recommend what makes sense for you, even when it is "don’t do anything yet".
We work in Spanish as our primary language, with full English. We explain net metering, escalators, dealer fees and minimum charges in plain language, because an informed homeowner makes better decisions. And we back what we promise in solar with the Minimum Bill Guarantee.

Lazaro founded E-Minded to do for Hispanic homeowners in Florida what he wishes someone had done for him: explain before selling. He leads the diagnosis, partner selection and the editorial review of everything we publish.
