Cut your electric bill by 25% to 50%, and stop it from rising every year.

Not a made-up number: it comes from your home’s diagnosis. We design at ~110% of what you use and back it with the Minimum Bill Guarantee.

E-Minded Plan

How the Honest Diagnosis works

Four steps. No pressure. You leave the conversation knowing what to do.

  1. We look at the real numbers

Your bill, your roof, your usage. No averages: your specific home.

  2. We tell you the truth

If solar makes sense, we explain why. If it doesn’t, we tell you that too.

  3. We connect you

With verified installers who don’t disappear, only when there is a match.

  4. We stay with you

Until the system is running and producing what was promised.

Solar

Four ways to get solar

Cash, loan, lease or a 3-5 year subscription. Each changes who owns the system, who gets the tax credit and what happens when you sell. We explain them before you sign.

Compare them →

01

Cash

You own it from day 1. Highest long-term savings if you have the capital.

02

Loan

You own it with a payment. Watch for the dealer fee hidden in the price.

03

Lease / PPA

A third party owns it and captures the 2026 tax credit. No upfront; check the escalator.

04

3-5 year subscription

Fixed payment, no credit or debt, savings guaranteed by contract. Central Florida.

Minimum Bill Guarantee

If your system produces less than promised, we pay the difference.

The proposal shows estimated production month by month. Monitoring shows the real one. If any month comes in short, we pay you what you overpaid your utility. For the life of the system.

Applies to solar systems designed by E-Minded. It is a production guarantee, not a guarantee against changes in your usage. Full terms in your proposal.

Frequently asked questions

Does E-Minded install solar panels?
We are independent advisors, not an installer. We have access to every program and company in the market, which is why we can recommend the best option for your home without a single-brand bias. When there is a match, we connect you with verified installers and stay with you until the system is running.
How much does the diagnosis cost?
Nothing. We look at the real numbers of your home (bill, roof, usage) and tell you what makes sense. If solar isn’t right for you, we say so directly and you keep the information.
Does solar make sense in every case?
No. It depends on your bill, your roof, your utility and how your home uses energy. A low bill or a roof without usable space can make it not worth it. That is why the diagnosis comes before any proposal.
What is the Minimum Bill Guarantee?
If the solar system we design produces less than the proposal shows in any month, we pay you the difference you overpaid your utility, for the life of the system. We can promise it because we design at ~110% of your usage.
Do you work across Florida?
We advise homeowners across Florida, in English and Spanish. Some options (for example, the solar subscription) depend on your area and your utility: FPL, Duke or TECO.
